Failed transactions where money has been debited are automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it hasn't returned after that, please share the transaction ID and screenshot with us via email at info@thepedagogycommunity.org and we'll help you resolve it.

No — each joining link is unique to your registration and is tied to your attendance record. Sharing it will cause your attendance to be marked against another person's participation and may invalidate your certificate.

Click the Zoho Meeting link sent to your registered email at the scheduled time. You can join from a browser (no install required) or via the Zoho Meeting mobile app. We recommend joining 5 minutes early to test your audio.

No separate form is needed. Attendance is recorded automatically by the Zoho Meeting platform based on your join time and duration. Please stay for the full session to ensure your attendance is counted.

Certificates are issued within 48 hours of the session ending, directly to your registered email address. If you completed the session but haven't received your certificate after 48 hours, see the next FAQ.
