Your membership is valid for exactly one year from the date of purchase. You'll receive a reminder before it expires so you can renew without any interruption to your access.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher school plan at any time. Our team will apply a pro-rated adjustment and migrate your data seamlessly. Contact us to arrange the upgrade.

Admin accounts can invite and manage teacher seats, view dashboards, and generate reports. Teacher accounts have the same individual access as an educator membership. Each plan specifies how many of each you can have active at one time.
