The Pedagogy Community offers high-quality webinars for the professional development of teachers. We collaborate with CBSE resource persons and industry experts to provide valuable insights in the field of education.

User accounts are not required to access our website and most of our services. However, for certain webinars and interactions, we may collect the following user information: Name, Email, Phone Number, Organization, and Designation. Please note that we do not store payment information, as we use Razorpay for payment solutions, and their terms and conditions apply.

We collect user data through payments from Razorpay, forms, and when registrants contact us via email or phone number. This data is used to send Marketing, Utility, Authentication, and Service Conversations. We do not share any personal information, and it is securely stored.

The Pedagogy Community owns its logo, brand name, and the services it provides. Users are not allowed to use or reproduce our content without proper approval. Sharing publicly available information is permitted. Information shared via email or WhatsApp, meant for a specific person/entity, must not be shared with others.

Users may submit content to us via the website, email, or WhatsApp, provided that it is appropriate for all age groups and does not harm our experts. We reserve the right to protect our expert faculty and take necessary action against harmful content. Please be specific and concise while submitting content to us.

Payment information for specific webinars is accessible via payment.thepedagogycommunity.org. Be vigilant and pay only through recognised sources. Pricing varies based on webinar details. For refund and cancellation, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Disputes are handled through WhatsApp chats and emails. We issue refunds per our policy.

We are not liable for losses to organisations or individuals impersonating us. We are not liable beyond the amount paid for webinar registrations. Guarantees include registration confirmation, meeting links, and verifiable certificates if correct email information is provided. Cancellation after payment is not possible. We can send you the recorded webinar link upon request, but it is subject to approval and expires after 7 days from the webinar date.

We do not suspend user accounts since account creation is not required.

We will notify users of changes via email. Payment for any webinar implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be brought to court under Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
